Brno is the second largest town in the Czech Republic, the largest town in Moravia and the former capital of Moravia. It is a seat of the South Moravian Region, and it forms a separate district of the City of Brno. The D1 motorway connects Prague and Brno.

  • Parking beside “ÚAN Zvonařka” Central Bus Station Zvonařka – open non-stop, price: CZK 30/h, CZK 200/day.

  • “Vaňkovka” Department Store parking – parking on the roof of Galerie Vaňkovka, entrance from Trnitá street and Dornych Street. Daily 7:00 am-11:00 pm, price: 1 hour free of charge, CZK 20 for the 2nd and 3rd hour, CZK 25 per hour thereafter. Free of charge on Saturdays from 1:00 pm onwards and on Sundays. 

  • “Parkovací dům Janáčkovo divadlo”( Janáček Theatre Parking House) (”Moravské náměstí” square) – non-stop, price: CZK 300/day (24 hrs), 6:00 am-6:00 pm CZK 30/h, 6:00 pm-6:00 am CZK 15/h.

  • Parking ticket machines – weekdays 7:00 am-6:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am-1:00 pm, price: up to 30 minutes CZK 15, up to 1 hour CZK 30, every hour thereafter CZK 40. Free parking outside the stated hours and on Sundays.

    • “Besední” street – below Besední Dům

    • “Benešova” street – beside the bus station opposite the Grand Hotel

    • “Úzká” street – beside the Tesco Department Store and below the Central Station

    • “Moravské náměstí” square – in front of the Scala Cinema
